VENDOR REGISTRATION
Suspension of vendor registration has been withdrawn. Vendor registration with DPS/DAE is re-started. New Vendor Registration form can be downloaded from DPS home page under "FORMS" and filled-in forms can be submitted in a manner mentioned in the form.
GST (Goods and Services Tax)
GST is implemented by Government of India w.e.f 1st July, 2017. GST registration is mandatory for all Indian organisations dealing in goods and services. All Indian vendors are requested to update their profile incorporating GST registration number, failing which their offers are liable to be rejected.
Offer of Appointment for filling up of vacant posts in DPS is issued by DPS Head Quarter, Mumbai alongwith original hologram pasted on it and not by any other agency. Candidates on receipt of offer of appointment may contact Administrative Officer-III, DPS on Phone No.: 022-25487030/31 and on Email ID: admo3@dpsdae.gov.in for clarification/ confirmation/ veracity of the offer.

Vendor Development Programme (VDP) at DPS, Mumbai
Directorate of Purchase and Stores (DPS) has been organizing Vendor Development Programmes (VDP) across the country. The mandate of VDP is to develop the items in India under MII policy or to improve local content in imported item. As a part of the Programme, DPS is organizing a Vendor Development Programme on 06.02.2026 from 0930 hrs. to 1700 hrs. at Mini Auditorium Hall at DAE Convention Centre, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai. The objective of VDP is to identify and develop potential vendors to meet current and future requirements of department to minimize the import of items. This program aims to aid Indian industries in facilitating access to manufacture critical, sophisticated high-quality goods and services.
